Simple way to check story has been added

I added my story this morning, but now I can't find it in the listing. If there's a delay before it appears in the search results, could there be some notice to that effect?

Or, could an e-mail be sent to confirm that the story has been accepted?

The new website does have an archive of previous posts, though we need to tidy them up a little bit. We’ll be doing that over the coming months.
have a board for people without blogs to post a heroine profile- with who/why template?

..otherwise it looks like a popularity contest! Also its easier to find people.

Fix tag cloud of specialisms on the home page, phrases like Artificial intelligence give no result

It currently adds a hyphen between words, which means that it returns no results.

there were some great posts last year and a lot of thin ones.. you really had to dig for the good ones. Is there a way to vote on submissions?

Wrong URL in "heroine" form?

I added myself to the "heroine" database and when I went to edit it, I saw that eclau.ch (one of my sites) had replaced climbtothestars.org that I thought I entered. Browser quirk or weird autofill funkiness?
